The 30-day return policy only applies to any unworn items purchased through LAGEAR.com
WWW.LAGEAR.COM reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
Returns are made at the discretion of LA GEAR.
We DO NOT issue refunds. (Please be aware prior to purchase)
Please contact customer service for all initial inquiries.
Should anyone return an item that we deem "worn", we can arrange for customer to pick up at warehouse or ship back to you at your own expense.
Should merchandise be returned, the customer at their own discretion of carrier, would pay for the shipping cost to our warehouse.
On an exchange we would cover the shipping cost on the shipping back to the customer.
Allow 10 days for processing of return orders once received.

Returns will not be processed without valid authorization number along with return slip.
If a return or replacement is due to our mistake in original packaging of order we would incur the cost of shipping back to you as well as refund your original shipping charge.
